U.N.I.T.Y Connector exists for one reason: to walk alongside men exiting reentry programs and help them build stable, faith-grounded lives in their own communities.
U.N.I.T.Y Connector was born out of one conviction: that returning citizens face barriers that no single agency, church, or program can solve alone. So we built the bridge.
Our founder knows this road personally. Deacon Benny L. Tiller Jr. faced incarceration in 1996 and chose — through faith, discipline, and an unshakable belief in second chances — to rebuild his life from the ground up. Today he serves as a home care provider, a deacon in NJ and PA congregations, a published author, and the hands-and-feet behind this platform.
What started as one man's living testimony has grown into a coordinated network connecting parole and probation officers, case managers, faith communities, and returning citizens to the resources that actually change lives. We are not a referral list. We are a community of accountability — and the cycle we are committed to breaking is the one that brings too many of our brothers back through the system.
